Hamburg Prize for Theoretical Physics
Together with the Joachim Herz Stiftung, CUI has honored outstanding contributions of a highly accomplished international researcher to the field of Photon Science. From 2018 on, the prize comprises all fields of physics.
Mildred Dresselhaus Guest Professorship Program
The award is given to a successful senior scientist and a younger researcher with high potential. The guest professorship program provides excellent research conditions for internationally outstanding female researchers (equal opportunity).
The award includes a one-year fellowship for a female postdoctoral researcher in one of CUI’s Louise Johnson research groups (equal opportunity).
